This is an online order and preorder service for our communities in the Upper Yarra Valley and beyond. 

Place an order 'for next week' and have it delivered to store at a better price!

Shop for your favourite items in-store or find something new in our warehouses!

2. WE RECIEVE AND CONFIRM YOU ORDER (and may ask you to pay a deposit)

3. DELIVER TO STORE, AND SAVE !   Pay on pick up!

Our retail store keeps in stock everyday around 2000 products! This is complimented by more than 10,000 products in multiple warehouses we don’t keep on the shelf.

From May 15th 2024 our website is continuously expanding to showcase the full range of products available to you. The easiest way to order is to inbox the live chat, email or call.

HOW TO ORDER ONLINE

The easiest way to order is to message the Live Chat or contact us form, phone us or register an account.

1. Sign up / Register your email address and phone number
(Note: We don't need your residential address, please put 2434 Warburton Highway, Yarra Junction, 3797, VIC when you sign up!) 

2. Submit your order 
Payment is not yet required. 

3. Receive confirmation of order, expected delivery date and an invoice to pay a deposit.  
We manually approve your order after you have submitted it. 

4. Receive an email or text when your order is ready to pick up. Balance of payment required. 

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY SCHEDULE?

What is the delivery schedule?

Each product will have listed next to it an availability: 

-DELIVERED WEEKLY:  Around 80% of products can be ordered by Sunday night 6pm, and be delivered Tuesday 9am
-DELIVERED FORTNIGHTLY: A selection of our products that are usually delivered on a fortnightly basis. 
-SPECIAL ORDER:  Select products will require us to use a courier or have a minimum order. We combine multiple requests for these products. 

Frequently asked questions:

Why are there multiple prices displayed on a product?
Our online products generally display two prices. The 'Shelf Price' (if you want to buy it today from our shelf), and the 'Preorder Price', a discounted price for pre-orders.  This is one way we can help save on the things you need every week. 

Why can't I pay online?
Online processing fees are twice as much as when you pay in-store. By submitting your order without payment, we can confirm stock availability, expected delivery times and can further manually adjust any prices (for bulk buys or better deals) 

We will instead send an online invoice to pay a deposit with your order confirmation. 

 

So, you have in your store or in the warehouse every product listed on your site?

Generally speaking, we do. At times, products will of course not be available for many reasons.  As our online store is more like an ordering service than a traditional retail online store, we accept your order without payment to then confirm with you what is available. This gives us the opportunity to confirm your delivery or make adjustments/substitutes so your animals don't miss out. 

Why do I need to give you my home and billing address in the 'shipping' part of checkout?
Annoying, we know!  Unfortunately we are using software that needs an address to function. Please enter our store address in this field instead of your home address: 
2434 Warburton Highway, Yarra Junction. Victoria. 3797. You could even write 123 Fake street if you want, but please ensure your email and phone number are correct. 

Some products display their price as $0.00, so are they free?
No they are not free, you cheeky budgie! We're working away to add thousands of products to the store and individually looking at every price! Please add the product with no price to your order and will confirm with you how much it should be. 

I can't find online what I normally buy in your store. 
No probs! Message or call us and we will work swiftly to add it into the ordering system. 

Do you post / ship to Australia?
Generally not, we exist in our bricks-and-mortar retail store in Yarra Junction, Yarra Valley, and serve our local community. At times, some folks from all over the country have asked us for specific products because they couldn't find them anywhere else - if this is the case and you're happy to pay postage - we'll do that for you! 

I live out of the Yarra Valley and will be visiting the area on Saturday, can I pick it up then?
Of course! We're open to 1pm on Saturdays and have a great group of customers who 'pop-up' to visit us in the morning and then continue onto Warburton or Healesville to enjoy the weekend. 

Who's running the show?
Baroona! Our small team who live & love life in the Yarra Valley, are working with the 'big guys' in a new way. We know the cost of living and prices on people and animal food is rising, so, smarter shopping is a benefit to both Baroona and our community. We work with big brands, interstate warehouses, independent growers and very local suppliers.
