Membership year & renewal
Paid memberships are coming soon. Joining, membership-year and renewal details will be published before they launch.
Your six included deliveries
One credit is used for each eligible local delivery stop. Credits expire at the end of the membership year, do not carry forward and have no cash value. A Baroona-caused split delivery does not use another credit unless agreed with you.
The welcome voucher
A welcome voucher is planned for paid members. Its value and conditions will be confirmed before paid memberships launch.
Routes, bulky orders & hay
All eligible delivery bookings are accepted, with no daily booking cap. Unusually large, heavy or awkward orders may require us to confirm the safest delivery plan, use an additional run or split the load. A Baroona-caused split delivery does not use another credit. Scheduling priority does not guarantee stock or an exact arrival time.
Cancellations & fair use
A 14-day change-of-mind refund is available if no included delivery, welcome gift or paid benefit has been used. Membership belongs to the registered household and cannot be transferred or resold. Your Australian Consumer Law rights are not limited.
