Pickup-only website launch

Online orders are currently available for collection from Baroona Produce & Pet Supplies:

We do not offer postage, courier shipping or local delivery at website launch.

Local delivery is coming later. Its service area, timing, pricing and conditions will be published separately when the service is ready.

When to collect

Please wait until we confirm that your order is ready before travelling to collect it.

Receiving an order or checkout confirmation means that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean every item is immediately available for collection.

We will contact you when your order is ready.

Product availability

Products on our website can have different availability arrangements:

  • Everyday: Normally kept on our shelves, although stock can occasionally sell through.

  • Pre-order: Order by Sunday at 6:00pm for expected Tuesday arrival into store, subject to supplier availability. Tuesday is an estimate and cannot be guaranteed.

  • Order-in: Not normally kept on our shelves. We request the product through our supplier order and confirm when it is ready.

  • Special Order: Availability and timing vary. We will confirm availability and the expected collection date.

Supplier delays and unavailable products

Supplier availability, transport into store and unexpected stock issues can affect collection timing.

If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you before making a material substitution or other significant change to your order.

We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

If we cannot supply an item, any applicable payment authorisation will be released or the amount paid will be refunded.

Uncollected orders

Please contact us if you cannot collect your order within a reasonable time after receiving the ready-for-pickup notification.

We may contact you about an uncollected order. Perishable goods, specially ordered products and products with limited safe storage periods may require separate arrangements.
