Bean, Climbing Snake – Red Dragon is a tall climbing snake bean producing long, dark green pods with red seed. Eden Seeds notes that snake beans are stringless, best eaten while the seed inside is still small, and are commonly harvested at around 30 cm long.

Growing notes

Provide a tall trellis or climbing support. Snake beans prefer warm conditions and should be sown after frost. Eden Seeds recommends cutting pods from the plant rather than pulling them to reduce damage.

Harvest
