Pak Choi – Kwang Moon-White Stem is a fast-growing, white-stemmed open-leaved Chinese cabbage, rich in vitamins A, B and C. Use young leaves fresh in salads or cook mature leaves and stems; harvest can continue over a long period.

Packet size: approximately 120 seeds.

Sowing guide: space 35–60cm apart, rows 50–75cm apart, 0.5–1cm deep; best soil temperature 10–35°C. Planting: Tropics, Subtropics and Mild climates all year; Cold/Frost Aug–May. About 45–60 days.

Plan ahead and save. Place your Sunday pre-order by 6:00pm and we’ll include it in our weekly supplier orders. Your order arrives into store Tuesday morning, ready for pickup.
