Pak Choi – White Stem is a fast-growing open-leaved Chinese cabbage with crisp white stems and green leaves. Young leaves suit salads; mature stems and leaves are excellent steamed or stir-fried.

Packet size: approximately 120 seeds.

Sowing guide: space 35–60cm apart, rows 50–75cm apart, 0.5–1cm deep; best soil temperature 10–35°C. Planting: Tropics, Subtropics and Mild climates all year; Cold/Frost Aug–May. About 45–60 days.
