Cabbage, Chinese – Wong Bok – Eden Seeds
Chinese Cabbage – Wong Bok forms barrel-shaped heads to around 24cm tall, with crumpled light-green leaves wrapping around crisp pale stems. It has a delicate mild mustard flavour for salads, steaming, boiling and pickling.
Packet size: approximately 160 seeds.
Sowing guide: space 35–60cm apart, rows 50–75cm apart, 0.5–1cm deep; best soil temperature 10–35°C. Planting: Tropics, Subtropics and Mild climates all year; Cold/Frost Aug–May. Around 70–85 days.
