Celeriac – White Alabaster produces fine-flavoured bulbous roots. Eden Seeds recommends harvesting when roots reach around 10cm for best quality.
Sowing guide: space 15–30cm apart, rows 45–80cm apart, 0.2–0.5cm deep; best soil temperature 8–21°C. Planting: Tropics Feb–Sep; Subtropics Mar–Oct; Mild Sep–Dec; Cold/Frost Oct–Dec. Around 120 days.
