Celery – Chinese (Light Green) produces slender pale-green stems with a strong celery flavour, traditionally used in Asian soups and slow-cooked dishes.

Packet size: approximately 500 seeds.

Growing notes: germination can take up to a month. Transplant seedlings after about 6–8 weeks. Keep plants cool, well-fed and consistently watered; do not allow them to dry out. Microgreens can be harvested from around 30 days and stalks around 120 days.
