A darker selection of classic Lollo Rosso, producing deeply curled looseleaf foliage with rich deep-magenta colouring over a light green base. Compact, decorative and useful as a cut-and-come-again lettuce.

Sowing guide: Plant 20–30cm apart, rows 35–50cm apart, sow about 0.6cm deep. Best soil temperature 8–27°C.

Maturity: Around 30 days for baby leaf and 50 days for full-size plants.

Growing notes: Lettuce prefers rich, well-drained soil near neutral pH and can tolerate some shade. Keep plants evenly watered, particularly in warmer conditions.
