A compact upright looseleaf lettuce growing to around 18cm with an open heart and small dark green pointed leaves. Eden Seeds describes Rabbit Ear as heat tolerant, slow to bolt and excellent eating quality.

Sowing guide: Plant 20–30cm apart, rows 35–50cm apart, sow about 0.6cm deep. Best soil temperature 8–27°C.
