Tomato – Tigerella (Stripey) – Eden Seeds

Tomato – Tigerella (Stripey) brings colour to the vegetable garden with red fruit marked by orange stripes. The tomatoes reach roughly 5–7cm across and have a rich flavour for fresh eating and salads.

Growing guide: Choose a sunny, well-drained position and provide support as the plant grows. Start seed under cover in spring; move seedlings outdoors after frost risk has passed. Sow 5mm deep and keep the seed-raising mix moist. Allow 40–60cm between plants, with room for airflow.

Harvest: Pick when the fruit has developed its red-and-orange colour and yields slightly to gentle pressure. Eden lists approximately 75–100 days; weather and planting time affect harvest.
